Job summary

 Overseeing the development of marketing strategies and plans for company products and manage the work of hospital team to achieve the goals and targets for different markets, in addition to directing studies and analysis on existing products sold in the market or future products and making recommendations based on that.

Main Duties

  • Participating in the development of strategies and objectives of the department.
  • Developing and managing the execution of short term plans for implementing the approved objectives.
  • Flourishing suggestions and recommendations that would enable a more effective and efficient work flow.
  • Monitoring the work flow within the department and ensuring that all preventive and corrective actions are being made promptly.
  • Participating in developing the department’s budgets and managing the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
  • Developing managerial and technical circulars within the department towards the achievement of the set plans and objectives.
  • Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly.

Requirements

  • University degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and spoken)
  • A minimum of ten years’ experience in a related field among which at leat 5 years in a managerial position

 Knowledge

  • Knowledge in the hospital market  
  • Knowledge of stakeholders at the PCH level 
  • Experiences in oncology, nephrology, hematology, radiotherapeutic …. appreciated  
  • Good relationship with hospital KOL's
  • KAM tools management 

Technical Skills

  • Ability to set up a strategic vision for a Business Unit 
  • Solid analysis and interpretations skills
  • Public speaking skills, perfect written
